How often can I change the floor plan?

As often as you like. Changes do not affect current orders; they only apply to new tables.

Can I create separate floor plans for multiple floors or a terrace?

Yes. You can define a separate floor plan for each floor or zone (garden, terrace, indoors). Unlimited section support is available on Professional and Enterprise plans.

Can payment methods be mixed during bill splitting?

Yes. Each split bill can be settled independently with cash, card, or online payment. Different payment methods at the same table do not conflict.

How does the table timer alert work?

You can set the sitting-time threshold for a table (e.g., 90 minutes). When exceeded, an alert appears on the waiter's screen and a colour change is visible on the central dashboard.

Is the reservation system an extra charge?

Reservation integration is included in all plans. The online reservation page can be sent to customers as a link; no extra charge applies.

Can waiter assignments be made from mobile devices?

Yes. Managers can update waiter assignments in real time from both desktop and mobile browser. Waiters only see their own zone on their screen.

Does table management work integrated with the QR menu?

Absolutely. When a customer orders via QR, the relevant table's orders and amount are automatically updated. POS, QR ordering, and table management are all managed from one panel.
