Yes. Define a recipe for each product and ingredient-based costs are calculated automatically. Stock deductions by sale and waste analysis are reported per recipe.

Yes. Each branch can have its own menu, price list, and inventory. Bulk updates can be pushed from central management to one branch or all branches.
How does shift closing work?▾
At shift close, the system automatically calculates all shift sales, cash count balance, and register variance. The report is emailed to the manager as a PDF.
Is additional hardware needed for the kitchen display system (KDS)?▾
No. QRCafem KDS runs on any tablet or monitor placed in the kitchen. No special hardware purchase is required.
What happens if the internet connection is lost?▾
Basic order and payment operations continue locally in offline mode. Data is automatically synchronised when the connection is restored.
Are all features available during the 14-day trial?▾

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?▾
Even if you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days. You can export during this period. After that, data is permanently deleted.
