Which banks do the instalment options cover?▾
Instalment options for all major banks in Turkey are automatically listed via iyzico. Instalment support for selected banks is also available via PayTR.
Can I take prepayments with a payment link?▾
Yes. Set an amount and create a link to take prepayments for event reservations, deliveries, or large tables. The customer clicks the link and pays on a secure page.
What standard is used for e-invoicing?▾
E-archive invoices are automatically issued via GİB integration. E-invoices for VAT-registered customers are also supported. An API is available for accounting package integration.
What happens to the customer if a payment fails?▾
The customer is immediately notified of a failed payment and directed to choose a different payment method. The order is not cancelled; a retry option is offered within 15 minutes.
Can refunds be processed through QRCafem?▾
Yes. You can initiate a full or partial refund from the panel. The refund amount appears on the customer's card within 1–5 business days according to provider rules.
Is additional integration required for Apple Pay and Google Pay?▾
No. Apple Pay and Google Pay are automatically activated through QRCafem's PayTR and iyzico integration. No extra setup is required.
How is the security of my payment data ensured?▾
QRCafem does not store payment data; all card transactions take place on the PCI-DSS certified PayTR or iyzico infrastructure. SSL/TLS encryption and 3D Secure support are standard.
